At Excellent Auto Care & Tire in Temecula, CA, we believe quality auto repair should come with peace of mind. That’s why every qualifying service is backed by our 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty — giving you clear coverage and peace of mind without dealership-level prices.

Limited Warranty – 24 Months / 24,000 Miles

Excellent Auto Care & Tire (“EAC”) warrants all parts and labor we supply and install for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, unless otherwise noted on your service invoice.

 

During this warranty period, EAC will, at our discretion, repair or replace any defective part that we installed.

 
How to Obtain Warranty Service

To request warranty coverage:

  1. Please contact us and let us know which vehicle and repair you believe is under warranty. We can look up your records in our database.

  2. Bring the vehicle to our shop so we can evaluate it.

  3. If you cannot bring the vehicle to our shop, contact us before authorizing any outside diagnosis or repair.

 

At our discretion, EAC may:

  • Arrange for your vehicle to be brought to our facility,

  • Approve warranty repairs at another shop we mutually agree on, or

  • Refund the amount of the repair in question.

 

Warranty coverage applies only to the vehicle and the owner listed on the original invoice.

 
What the EAC Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Parts not purchased through EAC

  • Parts or labor performed by another shop or individual

  • Towing, rental car costs, rideshare/car fare, loss of use, or personal inconvenience

  • Any repairs or refunds not explicitly approved by EAC management

 

All refunds are issued solely at the discretion of EAC and constitute full and final settlement.

 
Warranty Exclusions

Warranty coverage applies only to passenger vehicles and light trucks up to 1 ton.
It does not apply to vehicles that are:

  • Used commercially (delivery, ride-share, fleet, etc.)

  • Used off-road or for racing

  • Overloaded or operated outside manufacturer's specifications

  • Involved in collisions that cause alignment or component damage

 

All EAC warranties are voided if any unauthorized person or repair facility performs work on the warranted parts, unless prior written approval has been granted by EAC management.
